We need one of our warm, welcoming church family to answer phones, help people who come into the office, take in mail, do paper shredding, stuffing bulletins, and miscellaneous tasks the office staff need done.

If you are a detail oriented person, with some skill in computer data entry, we have a role for you.
We’re looking for someone who will collect contact cards from the Sunday morning services and enter that information into Shelby next. Keeping track of attendance is also needed, so entering in worship numbers to our program, and typing up and emailing out prayer request from Sunday will be helpful. We may also ask you to help restock the Sanctuary and info desk with connection cards.
This role may be combined with the Database Management role.
We are looking for a person who is familiar with computers, Office suite, and Google. This person should be comfortable learning our church organization software, Shelby Next. We use this program to keep track of visitors, manage interactions and update membership records.
This role may be combined with the Data Entry role, depending on availability.
An available, tech comfortable person with a flexible but hardworking personality who can help Pastor Paul and Pastor Bill schedule meetings, manage their calendars, and facilitate administrative communication.
This role requires a minimum of 6 hours a week in the office as well as flexibility to work from home.
