Event Coordinator

The role of Event Coordinator is a big picture, plan executing, delegating well type of role.
If you are someone who can plan out a large scale event, and would like to volunteer to do so for one or more of our Annual Church Events, we can’t wait to talk with you!
Trinity Church has a reputation for putting on great events that develop church community and serve as outreach for the greater Livermore community.

  • Requirements: Ability to plan well in advance, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • The ability to cast and direct a vision, creatively problem solve, and delegate jobs is important as well.

  • This person will be able to recruit volunteers, stick to a budget, coordinate vendors, and keep the focus on Jesus! Phew!

It is a big role, so we want to encourage you to consider partnering with someone to volunteer for this type of ministry.

Special Events

Weddings, Funerals, Quinceñera, Bar Mitzvah, Birthdays, Conferences

There are often times when the church is rented out by someone to host an event.
If you are interested in representing Trinity as a Special Events Director, please contact Pastor Paul Nuñez

This role can be as simple as site supervision and building access, and as involved as coordinating the rooms, use and helping to plan.
